All purchases for Russian visa invitation letters are final, and no refunds are provided under any circumstances. Due to the unique nature of our services, including the involvement of government agencies and third-party providers, once your order is processed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Non-Refundable Services: Once an invitation letter application is submitted, the process cannot be reversed or canceled. The fees associated with the processing of your invitation letter are non-refundable.
• Responsibility for Visa Approval: Our service solely provides the invitation letter required for visa application. However, we do not guarantee visa approval, as the decision rests solely with the Russian consulate or embassy. No refunds will be provided for denied or delayed visa applications.
• Incorrect Information: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all information provided is accurate. Errors in the information provided by the customer resulting in the need for a new invitation will require an additional purchase, and no refunds will be issued for the original purchase.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations resulting from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, changes in government policy, or political events.
